About the Fellows

In 1984, a small group of Michigan lawyers had the vision to establish the Fellows of the Michigan State Bar Foundation. This year marks 40 years of Fellows leadership and support for the Foundation. Currently, there are over 1,500 lawyers and judges in the Fellows program.

“As leaders in the legal community, the Fellows are committed to upholding the integrity, values and excellence associated with the legal profession. Thank you for supporting our mission to ensure justice is administered fairly in the civil justice system.”

                                                                      –  Hon. Victoria A. Roberts, Fellows Program Chairperson

FELLOWS ARE LEADERS

The Michigan State Bar Foundation recognizes Michigan lawyers for their professional excellence and service to the community. The Fellows are an exclusive group of distinguished attorneys. Fellows embody the highest traditions of the legal profession, and their contributions support the important work of the Michigan State Bar Foundation.

FELLOWS HAVE A LASTING LEGACY

The Fellows continue to make a difference in the administration of justice by supporting the programs of the Foundation. More than $2.1 million in contributions from the Fellows has helped build a base from which the Foundation has steadily grown.
