The Michigan State Bar Foundation is pleased to announce the hiring of a key position, Director of Grants. Mary Gladstone-Highland, MPA, joins the Foundation with her extensive experience in the nonprofit sector and will be instrumental in driving the Foundation’s initiatives and enhancing its commitment to access to justice for all.
Mary Gladstone-Highland leads the Foundation’s strategic, data-informed grantmaking efforts to support civil legal aid and justice initiatives across Michigan. With more than 19 years in nonprofit strategy and evaluation, Mary is nationally recognized for her thoughtful leadership and practical approach to strengthening the nonprofit sector.
“I am excited to continue to grow our team as we work to enhance our investments in the administration of justice and Michigan’s nonprofit legal aid organizations,” said Jennifer Bentley, Executive Director of the Michigan State Bar Foundation. “Mary brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Foundation, and we look forward to her contributions in advancing our mission.”
The Michigan State Bar Foundation, established in 1947, provides leadership and grants to improve the administration of justice and increase access to justice for all in the civil legal system.
